Dryer Overview
Lab Style
Hot Air Dryers
The modest size of our Lab Style Dryers, as well as their sleak design, make these systems ideal
for testing laboratories and other facilities with low production requirements. They are built with many of the same features as our industrial-sized
dryers, but with smaller heated chambers.

Modular Top Load
Hot Air Dryers
Our Modular Top Load Hot Air Dryers are designed to consume minimal floor space without sacrificing drying efficiency.
The heated chamber is fully insulated and all components are enclosed in a stainless steel bench.
All systems include nominal filtration. HEPA filtration is optionally available.

Top Load
Hot Air Dryers
Our Industrial Top Load Dryers are designed for use in industrial applications where high production requirements and
operating efficiency are the primary criteria. The insulated, double wall construction eliminates the need for a cabinet,
making these systems the most cost-effective dryers on the market.

Front Load
Hot Air Dryers
Front Load Hot Air Dryers feature vertical air flow. Air enters at the top of the drying chamber and flows downward.
These models are designed to accommodate taller parts or any part configuration that would benefit from downward air flow.
Removable shelves are optionally available.

Conveyor Dryers
Hot Air Conveyor Dryers iincorporate a roller conveyor or stainless steel mesh conveyor that
carries parts through a heated convection drying chamber. These systems are best suited for operations with continuous work flow or high production requirements. An adjustable height air knife is optionally available for removing standing water prior to entering the drying
chamber.

Centrifugal Dryers
For some applications, centrifugal dryers prove to be the most cost-effective drying method. Centrifugal dryers
sling off the excess water while directing heated air through the chamber. These spin dryers can also be configured
as chip wringers for oil removal.
Standard centriufgal dryers and chip wringers are available with basket sizes of 6" x 6", 12" x 12", 18" x 18", and 18" x 24"

Turbo Dryers
A Turbo Dryer uses a warm air regenerative blower to direct a high volume of filtered air to a hand-held blow-off nozzle. It is designed to remove trapped water from part cavities prior to the final drying stage. The Turbo Dryer produces cleaner air than a compressor and is much less expensive to operate. The optional blow-off station includes a recessed blow-off compartment, blower shelf, and integral drain pan.Turbo Dryer page »
